Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you validly withdraw from your Triplio Pro subscription, we will refund the paid amount in full. Your Pro access may be ended or reset to the Free plan after the withdrawal has been processed.

Triplio Pro is a digital service. Pro access is generally provided immediately after successful Checkout.

Nevertheless, consumers who validly withdraw within 14 days receive a full refund of the amount paid.
